Metric Recommendation: Markus Wheaton has always been a fringe type of prospect. He has all the athleticism you want at a fairly young age. But he was never a dominant WR at Oregon State based on his production with some positives in hitting 3-Time Pro Bowl threshold. However, that’s the bare minimum threshold for potential high quality outcomes. He could see an uptick in production on a team with less competition around him.

However, I would view Wheaton as a backup with complimentary wide receiver upside. There are some good things here in Wheaton’s profile. But the last four years are probably what you should expect in the future.
