NFL Market Share Production

Metric Recommendation: Brandon Williams doesn’t have the FBS pedigree, and his age is suspect. However, he has elite to above average athletic traits in explosiveness/speed. His best athletic comp is Dan Williams, another successful nose tackle. But I would be cautious with Williams due to his inconsistent NFL production and age. Thus, I would recommend a salary of 3,727,500 to 6,390,000 per season adjusting for the salary cap increase.

That puts Williams in average to above average starting nose tackle salary range. All production marks can be hit at that price point based on his athletic ability and previous NFL production. Some hedges should be added due to his age and below average flexibility. But with nose tackles being rare to find in college football with the proliferation of spread offenses. Williams would be someone I’d put an emphasis on acquiring if I had a 3-4 front.
